Have you ever had a seller ask for your credit score when trying to buy a home? If so, are you required to furnish that information? Typically, you are not required to provide a credit score directly to a seller. A pre-approval letter from your lender should be sufficient documentation. (Important: a pre-approval letter is not the same as a pre-qualification letter). The Mike Z Team are real estate experts in the Naples area and we know that providing your credit score to a seller is unnecessary. There are more parts to a mortgage approval than credit score alone. Check out below what sold in Cove Towers in November 2015:
430 Cove Tower Dr #PH-1502, Naples: 3+Den, 4 Bath, 3,010 Sqft, 1 Car Garage, 15th Floor, Sold for $1,275,000 in 52 Days.

Sellers may request anything they wish, but you do not have to give it to them, especially privileged information such as your credit score. Your banks pre-approval letter in satisfactory documentation.
