Pelican Bay Single Family Home Real Estate Sales Report for January 2016

When selling your home, you must be conscious of any potential pet odors that could turn off potential buyers.  That furry little family member can be a big obstacle, but is something that can be mitigated if the pet is trained.  The Mike Z Team are real estate experts in the Naples area and we know that some agents might suggest you remove your pet, toys and pet beds when placing your home for sale.  I personally own pets and have sold my home multiple times without taking those steps.  As long as the home is cleaned regularly, odor and pet hair free, you shouldn’t have a problem.  If you receive a comment about pet odor, do not be offended, we tend to get used to any scent we are around frequently and won’t notice it.  It may be necessary to hire a professional carpet cleaner to steam clean carpets, upholstery, or even tile surfaces.  Spray or plug-in scents, and odor neutralizers are another option.  Check out below to see what Single Family Homes sold in Pelican Bay in January 2016:
